Note to Pit Stall Renters. Please read.

Note to Pit Stall Renters/potential renters: Reserved parking spots have become an issue again. It is one of our least favorite tasks to assign stalls and it is very hard to make everyone happy.
With a long waiting list, and lots of feedback, we have decided to change how we handle reserved pit stalls in order to honor the wait list and to hopefully make sure that drivers that support Eagle Raceway the most get spots and keep them in 2023 and beyond. Over the years, drivers have over time “transferred” stalls to other drivers. We will no longer allow this. Getting a reserved spot should NOT be about “who you know” it should be about where you are on the wait list, how long your rig is, if you are going to support the track & requested location. So, here are the new rules regarding reserved pit stalls going forward and hopefully everyone understands. :
-Pit Stalls are to be reserved under a driver’s name unless there is one car that is owned and raced by multiple drivers, then the pit stall should be under the owner’s name. (Exception: 7 Jet Spots in the South Lot that are grandfathered in and are filled each week.)
-A driver may not rent 2 pit stalls under the same name unless they are driving 2 cars in 2 different divisions.
-It is that driver/owner’s responsibility to call or text us no later than noon on race day to let us know if that spot will not be filled either by them or another driver that they agreed to using it for that event. (If your spot is not going to be filled, we want to be able to let other drivers know that they can use it for that event)
-If a space is not filled with a car for 2 weeks with out notifying us, that space will be considered vacant and will be re-rented out for the rest of the season to another driver on the wait list.
-The driver that is responsible for the pit stall must race in at least 50% of the races for the year that they reserved the stall in order to guarantee that they can keep the stall for the following year. Or if the stall is under an owner’s name, the car that they own must race at least 50% of the season. (In 2022, this means you must race at least 9 regular events) If there is a proper grievance this may be altered within reason. Example: Someone totals their car 2 nights into the season and is not able to continue their season, but plans on racing full time the following year.
-Pit Stalls will NOT be transferred to another drivers name the following year at the request of someone who rents the pit stall. Pit Stalls are rented and are not to be sub-leased. Eagle Raceway owns the stalls and it is Eagle Raceways responsibility to rent them.
