June 11th’s Rain Out Refund/Exchange information and rescheduled events

June 11th’s event rained out before Hot Laps and Heat races were completed. Therefore, you were able to go to the ticket booth or pit ticket booth with your tickets and pit passes and get a refund. If you are planning on attending next week’s event on June 18th, you are able to keep your pit pass or ticket to exchange at the ticket booth this upcoming Saturday for entry. Please note that the only date that you can exchange your pit pass or ticket stub for entry is June 18th. If you could not get to the ticket booth for a refund, and still would like one, you can send your ticket stubs or Pit bands into the office and we will send you a refund check. If you are mailing these in, they MUST be post marked by Wednesday, June 15th. No exceptions.  Please include your name, mailing address and phone number in the envelope with your ticket stubs/wristbands. The address you can mail these to is:

The Kid’s Color Run is moved to Saturday, July 9th since next Saturday we have the Demo Derby and an intermission activity already planned. 

The added purse money for Hobby Stocks and Stock Cars sponsored by Charger Chassis will be given this upcoming Saturday, June 18th.
