Hotsy presents SCHOOLS OUT FOR SUMMER! – Saturday, June 1st 2024
FREE Kid’s Color Run at intermission sponsored by Accelerated GrapX: Age Groups: 5-7, 8-10 and 11-12. All kids are welcome to participate (parents will not be allowed to run with their kids during the color run) There will be Color Run Packets available for $15 to any kids that would like to wear a tutu or t-shirt at the Color Run Booth in the courtyard. There will also be other goodies in the packet including sunglasses and a free kid’s ticket to be used on any remaining regular event race night, etc. The money raised will go towards the RaceSaver Nationals Non Qualifier Fund. The colored powder is non-toxic, but we recommend bringing a pair of goggles or sunglasses to protect your eyes. Top 3 in each age group will get a trophy. Bring an extra pair of clothes if you think you will be uncomfortable in your new colored outfit!

Ticket prices include the tax. Tickets are not sold ahead of time and may only be purchased at the ticket office the day of the event.
There is an additional $1.00 per ticket processing fee when using a credit card at the Ticket Office.
(We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover & American Express at the Ticket Office. Most of our concessions accept credit cards, there are a few that are CASH ONLY. There is an ATM on the premises)
Outside Food/Beverage is not allowed to be brought into the grandstands. *Be Prepared for bag check upon arrival*
Pets are not permitted in the grandstand area.
PIT AREA INFO:
-Pit Gate opens at 3:30pm, Pit Passes are $30.
-DRIVER CHECKIN: Drivers should check in and pick up a rental transponder at the pit garage by 5:30PM.
-DRIVER REGISTRATION: Drivers must be entered for the regular season to compete. Late Yearly Regular Season Driver Registration Fee is $25 after February 1st.
-RACECEIVERS: RaceCeivers are mandatory. Channel 454.00
-MINORS THAT WILL BE ENTERING THE PIT AREA- OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES: All minors age 17 and under cost the same as adults in the pit area. Minors must have a new minor release form filled out for each new season. Save time and bring the form with you with both parents signatures notarized. Or, both parents must be present to sign the form in front of our staff.
