Making History… Super Nationals 2014

Following the success of the inaugural 1/3 mile IMCA Sprint Super Nationals in the 2013 season, a momentous decision has been made. French Grimes, who has spearheaded the 305 Racesaver class from its inception, has opted to no longer hold the Racesaver Nationals which had been run at the Fork Mountain Raceway in Bassett, Virginia for the past 14 years. After lengthy discussions between French Grimes and Roger Hadan, it was decided that the annual Championship should be held at Eagle Raceway. The Super Nationals at Eagle Raceway will become a championship weekend for Racesaver and IMCA Sprint Drivers alike.

It gives us great pleasure to announce that the 15th Annual Racesaver IMCA Sprint Super Nationals will be held at Eagle in 2014 as a 3 night show from August 29th through August 31st. In addition, there will be a practice night on Thursday, August 28th.

And, to make this year even more memorable, the “Big Dance” on Sunday night will feature the first ever 3-wide start featuring the top 27 drivers from the weekend. The Big Dance will once again pay $2000 to win and $1000 to start.

It’s never too early to start planning next year’s racing vacations, so mark the 28th through the 31st of August on your calendar right now so you don’t miss a minute of the action.

We will release more information as it comes…
