Mini E Raceway COVID-19 Update
EAGLE RACEWAY COVID-19 UPDATE
We have had a ton of questions on what is going to happen at the racetrack because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Here is your answer: Mostly, It is UNKNOWN at this time. We are still monitoring the situation which seems to change daily. Read the statement below which was updated 03/16/20. We will let everybody know if and when there are any changes made.
Dear Eagle Raceway Fans & Drivers,
We wanted to update you on what we are doing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, the CDC is recommending that all large gatherings over 50 people be post-poned or cancelled if they are scheduled to take place within the next 8 weeks. At this time, it is only recommended, however, it could soon become mandatory. IF Eagle Raceway has to leave it’s doors closed for the 1st part of the race season, we will we will create a plan to make sure our Gold and Silver Season Pass Holders are still getting their money’s worth as well as make sure our Sponsors are taken care of. IF we have to keep our doors closed, we will inform everyone of our plan as soon as possible.
IF we are able to open for the season on time, we will take steps to better insure your health by providing plenty of hand sanitizer stations, as well as more frequent sanitizing of the bathrooms and high touch areas. Eagle Raceway has a very large grandstand area, and there is plenty of room for at least arms length distancing from others. We also ask for you to not attend the races if you are sick.
We will continue to monitor this situation as it continues to evolve. There are a lot of unknowns at this time. We will continue to keep you updated as well if we are forced to make any cancellations, lengthen the race season or any other changes.
