Reminder for new drivers: RaceCeivers & Transponder Pouches are required

Since there are a lot of new drivers this year, we want to make sure everyone knows a few items that are required at our track. Unless you own your own Westhold Transponder, you must have a transponder pouch to protect our rented equipment. We have plenty of these for sale at the track for $15/each. (Transponders are a piece of equipment that provide electronic scoring).You must also have a RaceCeiver. It can be Nitrobee brand or RaceCeiver brand. […]

Gates open at 12:30PM, Rookies Only Hot Laps are from 1-2PM, and all classes may hot lap from 2-4:30PM.

2021 SEASON DRIVER REGISTRATION: Drivers need to register for the 2021 race season with the track. There is a $20 season driver registration fee per year. All registration fees get put into an end of year point fund for drivers that raced 75% of the events or more. […]

Gokart Practice is tentatively rescheduled for Sunday, April 18th

IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGE! PLEASE SHARE! CHANGE OF PLANS FOR PRACTICES: The Eagle Raceway Practice that was scheduled for Saturday, April 10th (tomorrow) is being postponed until Sunday, April 11th since we are receiving more rain tonight. The gokart practice that was scheduled for Sunday, April 11th is tentatively being rescheduled for Sunday, April 18th. The 2020 Eagle Raceway Awards ceremony times have not changed. So here is the new schedule for this weekend and next:

Please have your 2021 Minor Paperwork prepared to avoid a long wait in line

Just a reminder that all gokart drivers that are age 17 and younger will need to have a Minor Release form and a copy of their Birth Certificate or State ID on file with Mini E Raceway. It helps speed up the lines the first event if you have your minor release already filled out and notarized and the age verification handy.
