9AM-6PM: Drivers Pre-Technical Inspection at the French Grimes Tech Shed
9:30AM-11AM: Breakfast Available in the Pit Concession
9AM-3PM: Shower Rooms available in the Pit Garage

5PM: Pit Ticket Booth Opens 
5PM: Grandstand Gate Opens 
5PM-6:30PM: Drivers must Check-in between these times for the Jake Ita Memorial Race of Champions at the John Hart Memorial Pit Garage
6-8:45PM: Hot Laps/Practice
9PM: Jake Ita Memorial Race of Champions Qualifying Heat Races
Following: Pit Party with a DJ & Karaoke, Race Replays and Discounted Melon Drinks, Beer, Jello Shots & Shooters (Melon Bar Open in the Pits until 1AM)

GRANDSTAND ADMISSION: Grandstand Gate General Admission: ADULT (13+): $3,  YOUTH (6-12): FREE, CHILD (5 & under): FREE. (Ticket prices include the tax) Single Day tickets for IMCA Sprint Car RaceSaver Nationals™ are not sold in advance, please purchase your ticket at the grandstand ticket office on the day of the event. DISCOUNTED 4-DAY GA GRANDSTAND ADMISSION PASSES ARE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FOR $45 ($10 savings) The 4-day passes must be purchased by August 29th to receive the special discounted rate.  CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE YOUR 4-DAY GA PASS. IMCA Sprint Car RaceSaver Nationals™ Weekend IS A SPECIAL EVENT. However, we will honor Silver Passes and Be Our Guest Passes to be used on Thursday, September 3rd ONLY for Practice/Race of Champions qualifying Heat Races.
There is an additional $1.00 per ticket processing fee when using a credit/debit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover are accepted at the Grandstand ticket office. Food/Beverage is not allowed to be brought into the grandstands.  Thank you for your cooperation.

CAMPING: Camp, Tailgate, Race, Repeat. Reserved Camping with 30 Amp Electrical Hookups are SOLD OUT. Spaces are 18x30ft.   If you do not need electricity you may camp in the specified non-reserved camping areas. Please Follow all signs and directions of parking lot attendants. 

PIT ADMISSION: Pit Passes are $15. (Pit Gate does NOT accept credit/debit cards) DISCOUNTED 4-DAY PIT PASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE PIT SHACK ON RACEDAY FOR ONLY $90/ea ($15 savings)
ATTENTION MINORS THAT WILL BE ENTERING THE PIT AREA-  ALL Minors ages 17 and younger that will be purchasing a PIT PASS must have a COMPLETED minor release on file with the track.   Please note: Minors need to have a new form filled out for each new season. Minor Releases must be signed by BOTH parents/guardians and BOTH signatures must be either NOTARIZED or WITNESSED BY AN AUTHORIZED TRACK OFFICIAL in order for it to be valid for the 2020 season. The only exception is if one parent is deceased or one parent has full custody (This Needs to be noted on the release or we will consider it not valid). If only one parent has signed the release, it will ONLY BE VALID for the race night THAT IT IS RECEIVED. All minors are to have an adult to sign them in each night. DRIVER INFO: Drivers that are racing in the Jake Ita Memorial Race of Champions should check in and pick up a rental transponder at the “John Hart Pit Garage” by 6:30PM. Any driver that checks in at 6:31pm or after is late and will start in the back of their heat race.  Drivers must also show their 2020 IMCA License or proof of purchase to the official at Driver Check-in the first night that they race.  RaceCeivers are mandatory for drivers, please check to make sure they are working properly at each event night. Rental transponders should be turned in EVERY NIGHT after the event to be charged up for the next day. Late entry anytime after August 24th is $100. 
TO COMPETE IN THE JAKE ITA MEMORIAL RACE OF CHAMPIONS: You must have accomplished one of the following to compete in the Jake Ita Memorial Race of Champions – Past IMCA RaceSaver Track, Series, State or National Champion. Currently 1st or 2nd in points at any IMCA RaceSaver Sanctioned track, state or series as of August 1st 2019 or after. Currently top 20 in IMCA National Points as of August 1st or after. Or you have won the IMCA Sprint Car RaceSaver Nationals™ in the past.
