Pit Gate opens at 5:30PM, Driver Check-in ends at 7:00PM, Hot Laps at 6:45, and Racing Starts at 7:30PM

DRIVER PASS- $20

(Minors that are driving participants must have a minor release and copy of birth certificate or State ID/Drivers License number on file with the track in order to compete. Please note: Minor Releases must be notarized or signed in front of track officials. Both parents/guardians must sign the release for it to be valid for the entire season, exception – a deceased parent, or full custody. If only one parent has signed the release, it will ONLY BE VALID for the race night THAT IT IS RECEIVED…. HOT PASS- $10

(Hot Pass is for those who will be helping with the kart and the driver. May be in the staging lanes to start the kart, allowed on the track to help the participant if necessary)

(Minors that get a HOT PASS must have a minor release on file with the track. Please note: Minor Releases must be notarized or signed in front of track officials. SPECTATOR PASS- $5

(With a spectator pass you are not allowed in any staging areas, or on the gokart track FOR ANY REASON, AT ANY TIME… Minors with cold passes do not need a minor waiver on file, however they still need someone who is 18 years or older to sign them in)

Yearly Number Registration Fee: If you have not registered your kart number for the season there will be a one time registration fee of $20. Awards and Payout for this Event:

CAGE Rookies and FLAT Jr. Amateurs- All participants receive a trophy

All Junior Classes: 1st-3rd receive a trophy

All Adult Classes (not including Extremes)- 1st place receives a trophy, 1st-3rd receive 50% payback

FLAT Auto Trans Matic Adult Extremes- $100 to win with 2nd and 3rd getting 50% payback (Must be 3 Karts starting a race or the payout will drop to 50% payback to the top 3)

OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REQUIRES:

All minors (17 and younger) entering the pit area with a HOT PASS or DRIVER PASS must have a NOTARIZED or Mini E Official signed minor release waiver signed by both parents/guardians (exception- one parent is deceased, one parent has full custody) on file with Mini E Raceway for pit entry for the whole year. Or one parent/guardian must be present to sign a minor waiver every night that the minor purchases a HOT or DRIVER PASS. Any Driver who is a minor will also need a copy of their birth certificate or State ID on file with Mini E.
